The Second Annual Journey of Giving Dinner

The Ned, NYC
SGF hosted the Journey of Giving Dinner at The Ned NYC — an intimate gathering centered on advancing women’s education and expanding global opportunity through the Safar Global Foundation.
The evening highlighted the organization’s continued progress in funding scholarships for girls in Tanzania, supporting WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene) infrastructure serving more than 930 students and teachers, and launching accredited healthcare training pathways for young women.

Event raised $60,000
The Inaugural Beauty of Giving Dinner
was held in New York City, where community changemakers gathered to raise funds for Water, Sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) facilities at girls’ school sites in Tanzania.
We raised $60,000, which will support scholarships and facilities that allow girls to learn in safe, healthy environments.
